Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to this website and to all apps published by Snappy Moose LLC ("Snappy Moose," "we," "us"). We designed our data practices to be as protective of your privacy as possible.
Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum information that is legally required to operate and support our apps and services. For example, purchase and transaction records are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play as required for tax and accounting compliance. We do not collect personal data such as your name, contacts, location, or browsing/usage history for analytics, advertising, or profiling purposes.
How We Use Data
Any data we are legally required to hold is used solely to satisfy legal, financial, and accounting obligations, and to operate the specific app or service it relates to. We never share, sell, or reuse this data across other products, and we never use it for advertising or marketing.
Third Parties
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own respective privacy policies. Snappy Moose does not embed its own third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in our apps.
Data Retention
We retain legally required data only for as long as the law requires, after which it is deleted.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
